Hey mama,

I wrote this FREE ebook when Rafi was 6 months old, so aaalll the way back in 2020.

It’s not perfect, some spelling errors etc.

And some of the information really needs an update

For example, in the playlist section, Edwina Massons birth songs were only avail via her website, where as now they are avail via spotify…. infact, here’s her spotify link to the most STUNNING channeled songs for maiden to mother. ALL of them give me full body goosebumps

Or how I don’t use or resonate with the term blessingway anymore and prefer mother blessing.

BUT it’s also a beautiful time stamp, a personal collection of resources, filled with details of the birth and postpartum phase I have since forgotten.

• My personal birth playlists (Used for early labour, as labour progressed and the pushing/ baby’s arrival as I felt each held a different energy)

• What to get to support yourself postpartum

• and some poetry.

Like I said, a time stamp from a season of life. I’d likely write an entirely different one now, but I still wanted to offer this to those who may be IN THIS SEASON of pregnancy, birth and the first 6 months of mama life.
